Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a Team Lead for Client Static Data to guide the team in maintaining accurate, timely client data across systems while upholding risk controls and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management to support client, adviser and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, ensuring high-quality service and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading/supervising teams in financial services operations.
• Strong knowledge of client onboarding, client static data or account administration functions.
• Understanding onboarding lifecycle for Personal and Non-Personal clients including trusts and regulated entities.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements.
• Experience reviewing complex client structures and supporting documentation.
• Experience managing operational workflows and service level targets.
• Understanding risk, governance and regulatory requirements in regulated environment.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and operational escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Client Static Data team; set objectives; conduct reviews.
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure updates are processed within SLAs; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain robust operational controls to protect data; ensure FCA/GDPR compliance.
• Build relationships across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology and client teams; act as SME.
• Identify process improvements; drive automation and STP; maintain documentation.
