Job summary

Pictet Group in London is seeking an experienced data operations leader to manage the Securities Data Operations team. You will oversee daily setup, maintenance of investment securities pricing and reference data, and drive risk-aware BAU delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders.

As the SME, you will shape the Target Operating Model, develop the team, and push innovation in data management, delivering robust processes across the venue and markets served.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management, investment banking or financial vendors.
• Previous people-management experience preferred, including coaching and developing team members.
• Strong knowledge of static data across all security types.
• Strong understanding of pricing and portfolio valuation (ETD, OTC, Alternative Assets).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Securities Data Operations team in London and oversee BAU activities with focus on risk control.
• Set up securities accurately to enable trading and manage exceptions.
• Monitor data deliverables tied to innovation and business initiatives.
• In partnership with the Head of Data Operations, define, deliver and drive innovation and change management processes in data management.
• Develop team members and support their growth within the organisation.
