Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a Team Lead for Client Static Data to steer the team responsible for accurate maintenance of client, adviser and account data across all systems. You will champion data integrity, risk controls and efficient processes while supporting regulatory compliance and stakeholder needs.

The role requires strong leadership, data governance expertise and a proven track record in financial services operations, onboarding data and complex client structures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams within financial services operations.
• Strong experience in Client Onboarding, Client Static Data or Account Administration.
• Understanding onboarding lifecycle for various client structures (Personal, Non-Personal).
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements.
• Experience handling complex client data and account maintenance.
• Ability to manage operational workflows and service level targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Client Static Data team.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews and coach staff.
• Oversee daily workflow and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.
• Ensure updates to client static data are accurate across systems.
• Escalate complex issues and monitor team productivity and quality.
• Maintain robust controls, governance and regulatory compliance.
