Job summary

TP ICAP, a world-leading market infrastructure provider, seeks a Global Head of Operational Services to lead the strategic governance, performance and transformation of Client Lifecycle Management and Party Reference Data globally. You will oversee onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of clients and counterparties, ensuring data integrity across front-to-back systems.

• Significant leadership within Operations in wholesale financial markets or banking.
• Deep understanding of Client Lifecycle Management and KYC/AML controls.
• Experience leading large, dispersed teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Operational Services across regions and define strategic direction.
• Deliver onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of clients with governance.
• Maintain data quality, governance and reference data integrity.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front Office stakeholders.
• Drive governance forums, risk controls and continuous improvement.
