inspiring vet care is seeking a Receptionist for Midhurst Vets on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience and supporting appointments, enquiries and client communications.

Responsibilities include booking, cash handling, records management and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. Flexible rota in Liphook and Midhurst locations.

• Attend reception team meetings as and when requested.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Midhurst Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

Our well-equipped practice features digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring, and laser therapy, giving you the tools to deliver excellent patient care

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Rota:

• Thursday 8-6.30pm at Liphook
• Friday 8-6 Midhurst Vets
• Saturday rotation 1: 4 at Woodlands Midhurst

Key Responsibilities

• Booking, cancelling and changing appointments.
