Job summary

Medivet is seeking a Client Care Assistant (CCA) to be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone calls and visits. The role involves organizing administration tasks for the Medivet health plan and delivering exceptional care to clients, pets, and colleagues.

Successful candidates will possess excellent reception skills and a willingness to learn. This position offers part-time and full-time options and includes a weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Skilled at providing exceptional client-facing care and welcoming reception skills.
• Good numeracy skills with experience of using online appointment booking systems.
• Must be flexible and willing to learn; experience in hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival and updating records.
• Triage emergency appointments, contacting clients and rearranging as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
