Medivet & Partners seeks a Client Care Assistant (CCA) to be the first point of contact for client calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients and colleagues.

You will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package and a friendly team in a busy veterinary practice. The role involves reception duties, diary management, triage of emergency appointments, and coordinating online bookings and prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing communication and reception skills.
• Good numeracy with ability to use online booking systems.
• Experience in veterinary reception is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out reception duties, greet clients and update records.
• Triage emergencies and contact clients as needed.
• Manage the diary and optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client calls and manage messages, including online bookings.
• Process repeat prescription requests and work with the team.
