You'll join a busy, supportive practice with a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays. The role emphasizes accuracy, numeracy, and using the online appointment system.

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival, and updating records.
• Triage the impact of emergency appointments, contacting clients and rearranging as needed
