Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional care and supporting colleagues in a busy practice in Nottingham. You’ll handle reception tasks, triage emergencies, and help manage bookings and records.

The role requires strong numeracy, experience with online appointment systems, and a team-focused approach. Flexible and calm under pressure candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing care and reception skills.
• Good numeracy and experience with online appointment booking systems.
• Team player; able to stay calm under pressure and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and update records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact/rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online booking slots are available for clients.
• Process repeat prescription orders.
• Collaborate within a supportive team.
• Weekend coverage at Medivet Alfreton (24hr).
