Job summary

Medivet Group in Hendon, Greater London, is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will deliver exceptional care, handle reception duties, manage appointments, and support the team in a busy veterinary practice.

The role requires strong numeracy, experience with online booking systems, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable, and you should be able to stay calm under pressure while learning

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and manage reception duties.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact/rearrange clients as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online booking slots are available for clients.
• Process repeat prescription orders.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient care.
