They will have a proven track record operating at a senior level, combining strong leadership, operational oversight and relationship management skills. Sound technical knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential, alongside the ability to manage risk, drive performance and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑suite contacts. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate as part of a senior management team are key, as is the ability to balance commercial awareness with consistently high standards of client service.
