Stylist – Luxury Womenswear

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and highly personable Stylist to join a vibrant luxury womenswear brand within one of London’s leading department stores.

This is a highly client-facing role suited to someone who genuinely loves fashion, styling and building relationships. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and personalised experience for every client, combining strong product knowledge and styling ability with a commercial approach to sales.

We are looking for someone who is bubbly, confident and proactive, with an established client book and demonstrable experience in clienteling, one-to-one service and high-value selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised one-to-one styling and shopping experience.
• Build strong, genuine relationships with both new and existing clients, developing long-term loyalty to the brand.
• Actively manage and grow your own client book, maintaining regular communication around new collections, launches, events and relevant product.
• Arrange and host client appointments, preparing personalised product selections based on individual style, preferences and previous purchases.
• Confidently style complete looks, introducing additional pieces and categories in a natural and commercially focused way.
• Drive individual and store sales targets while maintaining a premium level of service.
• Demonstrate confidence when handling high-value transactions and working with VIP and high-spending clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients following appointments and purchases to encourage repeat business.
• Develop strong knowledge of the collection, key seasonal pieces, trends, fit and styling opportunities.
• Support brand events, launches and clienteling initiatives designed to drive engagement and sales.
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards across the department.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and department store partners to maximise commercial opportunities.

About You

You will be a naturally outgoing individual who enjoys speaking to people, building connections and creating memorable experiences. You should be comfortable approaching clients and have the confidence to develop a conversation into a meaningful long-term relationship.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
• An existing client book with the ability to demonstrate how you have built and maintained client relationships.
• Strong experience in clienteling, CRM and one-to-one appointments.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-value sales.
• Confidence working with VIP, international and high-spending clientele.
• Strong styling ability and a genuine passion for womenswear and fashion.
• A bubbly, warm and engaging personality with plenty of energy on the shop floor.
• A proactive approach to reaching out to clients and generating appointments and repeat business.
• Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of KPIs including ATV, UPT and conversion.
• The ability to work confidently within a fast-paced department store environment.
