There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum). This top-up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to assist the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service (CNRS) administration team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated, and organized individual who will maintain high personal and professional standards.
Based within the CNRS department in Torfaen, the post holder will work with the CNRS team to support the running of the CNRS services and provide a quality, patient-focused administration service.
Main duties of the job
Based within the CNRS department in Torfaen, the post holder will assist the administration team in supporting and maintaining the smooth running of the CNRS services. They will utilize WPAS (Welsh Pas Administration System) and in-house databases, including Microsoft 365 and Excel, to support the team.
The post holder should have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, support daily administrative tasks, and organize their workload efficiently. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
