Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience cleaning outside the home environment.
• Health and Safety training may be required under EA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to meet EA standards, while personally undertaking cleaning duties as needed.
• Induct and train staff in line with EA practice.
• Liaise with the building manager on day-to-day issues related to cleaning.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action with guidance from the line manager.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are managed within budget and maintained in good condition.
• Monitor materials and equipment suitability and recommend procedural improvements.
