Qualifications

• Two years’ experience of cleaning outside the home environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear instruction in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control cleaning staff to meet EA standards.
• Carry out induction and refresher training for staff.
• Liaise with building manager on day-to-day cleaning issues.
• Investigate complaints and implement corrective action.
• Maintain stock and equipment records and ensure safety compliance.
