Job summary

Haven is seeking a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to support the daily running of our Cleaning Services team at Haven’s park. You’ll help plan tasks, coordinate rotas, manage stock, and assist with training, safety checks, and service improvements.

Balancing hands-on duties with admin tasks, you’ll contribute to a spotless, guest-friendly environment while supporting budgets and compliance. This role offers training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Coordinator, Assistant or Administrator within Cleaning or Facilities operations is valued but not essential.
• Ability to plan and organise operational tasks for large teams.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and daily operations.
• Support stock management, team rotas, recruitment, training, and development.
• Monitor budget performance, safety checks, and legislative compliance.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks and implement improvements for guest safety.
