• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet targets.
• Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong leadership.
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team.
• Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out general cleaning duties (offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, mopping).
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
