OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead a cleaning team onsite across our facilities. You will supervise cleaning duties, coordinate staff rotas, handle recruitment, and support on-site training and HR compliance.

The role requires experience as a manager or supervisor in cleaning, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work to deadlines with flexible hours. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and related duties.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment as needed.
• Identify training needs, conduct training where possible and maintain training records.
• Support investigations into accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders within budget.
