Job summary

ISS is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in the UK to lead cleaning operations, schedule teams, and ensure high-quality service across offices and facilities. You will model exceptional customer service, maintain safety standards, and drive performance against targets.

As a supervisor, you will create daily cleaning plans, supervise standards, and communicate effectively with site users while fostering a collaborative, professional team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards

• Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
