OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure client specifications are met. The role involves managing contract resources, coordinating weekly stock orders, and performing regular quality audits to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleaning environment.

• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team
