Responsibilities

Plan, organise and coordinate cleaning operations.
Lead by example with customer service and leadership.
Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team.
Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping.
Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
Excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach.
A team player who works well with colleagues and customers.
Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards.
