FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Manager for Glasgow & West Lothian. You will oversee cleaning across multiple sites, lead teams, conduct audits, and ensure health and safety standards meet client expectations.

The role requires managing rotas, recruitment support, and reporting, with a mobile portfolio covering Glasgow to West Lothian. Company car and flexible hours are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cleaning Manager or equivalent with multi-site oversight.
• Ability to lead and motivate cleaning teams.
• Proven track record of conducting audits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and Health & Safety practices.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

FM Search & Select are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across Glasgow and West Lothian.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites
• Manage, support and motivate cleaning teams to maintain high standards
• Carry out regular site inspections, cleaning audits and quality checks
• Ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations and contractual requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site contacts
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, absence and holiday cover
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of cleaning operatives
• Address performance issues and implement improvements where required
• Complete audit reports, site documentation and other administrative tasks
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures and cleaning standards are followed
• Respond to operational issues and provide hands-on support when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Manager, Area Cleaning Manager or Mobile Cleaning Manager role
• Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures and Health & Safety
• Proven experience carrying out cleaning audits and site inspections
• Good computer skills, with the ability to complete reports, use email and work with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing expectations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings when required
• Full UK driving licence
