Churchill Services is seeking a Cleaning Key Account Manager to oversee a team of Senior and Account Managers across Glasgow and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to Edinburgh. You will be the main client contact, delivering exceptional service and ensuring contract performance and regulatory compliance.

The role sits in our Scotland & North Cleaning Division, focusing on professional workplaces where environment impacts wellbeing, productivity, and brand perception.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and relationship management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with audits, reporting, and project delivery.
• Ability to review contracts and performance metrics.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance monitoring.
• Health & Safety understanding within cleaning/facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Carry out audits, prepare reports, and deliver projects with senior management.
• Organise regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
• Seek opportunities to improve services and drive efficiencies for clients.
