Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Central division, overseeing a multisite portfolio for an education-based client. You’ll manage a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring sites are supervised and standards are met to a high level.

You’ll develop strong client relationships, drive service quality, recruit and coach local teams, and support the Operations Manager with audits, reports and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning contracts for multisite portfolios.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, forward plan and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of health and safety systems.
• Capable of working to tight timescales.
• Strong commercial awareness and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction.
• Deliver and maintain quality service.
• Recruit, manage and coach local service teams.
• Carry out projects, reports and audits to support the Operations Manager.
• Ensure health & safety procedures and legislation are followed.
