Job summary

Churchill Group in Central London is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee multiple high-end commercial contracts around the City and West-End. You will lead a large team of Cleaning Operatives and Supervisors to maintain exceptional service standards.

In this fast-paced role you will build strong client relationships, monitor service delivery and safety, manage budgets and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, manage pressure, and influence at all levels.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• A solid understanding of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning industry.
• Previous experience managing commercial cleaning contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee and uphold the quality of service delivery across all sites.
• Recruit, manage, and coach cleaning teams, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Conduct regular reports, audits, and project reviews to support the Account Director and meet contractual requirements.
• Lead contract and specification review meetings with clients to ensure ongoing alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account growth.

Location: Sites around Central London
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our growing Principle Cleaning Division, overseeing multiple high-end commercial corporate cleaning contracts around the City and West-End. With several exciting new business wins in the area, there’s never been a better time to become part of our expanding team.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll lead and inspire a large team of Cleaning Operatives and Supervisors to deliver exceptional service standards across the contracts. Your leadership, people management, and client relationship skills will be vital in ensuring continued success and client satisfaction.

As a CleaningAccount Manager,you will:
