Job summary

Housing 21 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Court Cleaner to keep public and communal areas within our Court clean and safe. The role runs Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day between 9am and 3pm, offering flexible part-time hours in a care-focused environment.

You may also assist the manager with void flats and other cleaning tasks as required. Prior cleaning experience is not essential, but a keen eye for detail and pride in your work are important.

Job description

Shift Pattern:Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day to be worked between 9am-3pm.

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons.

Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
