Job summary

Jubilee L.E.A.D. Academy is seeking a hardworking Cleaner to join our site team. The role focuses on keeping classrooms, corridors and communal areas clean and safe for pupils and staff.

You will follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures, report maintenance needs to the site manager, and work both independently and as part of a team. We provide a friendly environment and opportunities for training.

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas to a high standard.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining hygiene in toilets and washroom facilities.
• Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns to the site manager.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.

Main duties include:

1. Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas to a high standard
2. Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
3. Maintaining hygiene in toilets and washroom facilities
4. Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the site manager
5. Following all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures
