South West Norse is recruiting a part-time cleaning operative for Sidmouth Hospice, delivering day-to-day cleaning and ad-hoc duties while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. The role blends independent work with teamwork and a strong focus on customer service across all client areas.
You will follow the Cleaning Supervisor's directions, participate in award-winning training, and ensure duties align with company policies.
Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures. Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.
£28,603.35 pro-rata (based on a 40 hour working week), equivalent to £13.75/hour
16 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5:00pm -8pm + 1 hour extra on Wednesdays
