Job summary

South West Norse is seeking a part-time Cleaner for Sidmouth Hospice on a permanent basis. The role covers day-to-day cleaning tasks and ad-hoc duties in line with the Cleaning Supervisor and company policies.

It is a 16-hour week, with shifts Monday to Friday 5:00pm–8:00pm plus one hour on Wednesdays, paid pro-rata at £28,603.35 per year. You will work in a client-facing environment, delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service to residents and staff, with full training

South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Cleaner to join our established team at Sidmouth Hospice on a permanent, part-time, basis.

The Role:

Working both independently and within a close team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Cleaning Supervisor, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Whilst maintaining hygiene levels is an important part of site safety across all communal areas, this consumer facing role will require you to deliver high standard of customer service to the clients across the facility.

If you have previously worked within a commercial cleaning environment then this would be an advantage however, at Norse we can offer full training and support for enthusiastic individuals if you can demonstrate:
