Job summary

Careerwise is seeking a Chief Software Architect to design and deliver enterprise FinTech solutions built on Anthropic Claude technologies. You will architect Claude-based systems, lead the architecture of scalable, secure platforms, modernise legacy code, and establish governance and responsible AI practices for regulated environments.

You will also guide senior stakeholders from pre-sales conversations through delivery.

Qualifications

• CTO-level or similar with enterprise delivery experience.
• Deep Claude ecosystem knowledge and practical deployments.
• Strong cloud-native, secure architecture background.

Responsibilities

• Architect Claude-based enterprise solutions across integration layers and orchestration.
• Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, serverless FinTech platforms.
• Modernise legacy code with AI-assisted engineering and governance.
• Define architectural principles, security controls, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Advise senior stakeholders from pre-sales to delivery, shaping bespoke solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams while remaining hands-on during large transformations.
