Job summary

Anthropic seeks an Associate Solutions Architect to join the Applied AI team and drive Claude Code adoption across enterprise customers. You will act as the technical bridge between Claude Code and engineering teams, collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate capabilities and guide technical evaluations.

In this role you will tailor workflows, run technical pilots, and build champions within customer organizations, helping scale Claude Code across development workflows and accelerate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• 1+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and toolchains.
• Experience with various programming languages and IDEs.
• Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Claude Code Adoption in enterprise customers.
• Lead technical workshops and identify expansion opportunities.
• Guide customers through PoCs and technical evaluations.
• Develop workflows and configurations for customer environments.
• Improve developer productivity for existing customers.
• Conduct discovery calls to map customer workflows and pain points.
• Run technical pilots showcasing Claude Code impact on velocity.
• Provide hands-on support during evaluations and rollout phases.
• Build technical champions within customer organizations.
• Maintain deep Claude Code expertise and produce technical content.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on sales cycles and post-deployment expansion.
