Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to join the Applied AI team in Greater London. You will bridge Claude Code with enterprise engineering teams, guiding technical evaluations and deployment to boost developer productivity.

Expect to run workshops, pilot programs, and hands-on support while collaborating with Account Executives to expand Claude Code adoption across customers. A strong foundation in software engineering and customer-facing delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• 1+ years of customer-facing technical experience (sales, support, consulting, or similar).
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Drive Claude Code Adoption through technical workshops for engineering teams.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations and evaluations.
• Develop workflows and configurations tailored to customer environments.
• Provide hands-on support during evaluations and rollout phases.
• Build technical champions within customer engineering teams.
