Job summary

Anthropic in London is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Startups Applied AI team. You will partner with founders and account executives to design Claude-based AI solutions, run evaluations, and guide deployments from pilot to scale.

You'll translate customer needs into scalable architectures, demonstrate Claude's value, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather feedback from startups and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or founder.
• Experience with startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong builder credibility with software engineering background and startup empathy.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Win technical evaluations by developing evaluation frameworks for Claude-based use cases.
• Build credibility with founders and startup engineers by speaking their language and guiding architecture decisions.
• Gather insights on startup usage patterns and deliver feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Travel to customer sites and events for workshops and relationship building.
