Job summary

NewRocket in London is seeking a Technology Trainer to design and deliver training on Claude, the API, and related developer platforms. You will build 101 and 201 curricula, create labs, quick guides, and assessments, and ensure content stays current as Claude evolves.

You will run live sessions both virtually and on-site, tailor content for business users and engineers, certify learners, and collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical training, enablement, or related client-facing tech role.
• Strong API/integration knowledge and hands-on Claude or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; virtual and in-person delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and update initial (101) and advanced (201) training curricula.
• Create enablement assets: decks, labs, quick guides, assessments.
• Deliver live training virtually and on-site; tailor for audiences.
• Demo Claude capabilities and handle API prompts; answer questions.
• Manage certification program and track learner progress.
