Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in technical customer‑facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with digital native customers and fast‑moving tech companies.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor during Claude adoption journey from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into customer tech stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to Product/Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and patterns.
