Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an Applied AI pre-sales architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises. You will guide customers from discovery to deployment, articulate Claude’s capabilities, develop evals, and design scalable architectures within their tech stacks.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful Claude adoption, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver compelling technical content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks/tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams to executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into customers' tech stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives; build relationships.
