Anthropic is seeking an enablement engineer to translate Claude Platform capabilities into compelling demos, labs, and quick-reference guides. You will design and deliver hands-on training for the field, coach technical sellers, and create scalable, self-service resources that empower teams to learn without your constant presence.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or enablement).
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agents beyond prompting.
• Experience delivering live technical training to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate new platform capabilities into demos, labs, and quick-reference guides within days of release.
• Deliver training that sticks for technical onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions.
• Coach the field on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
• Scale enablement beyond live sessions with self-service resources and tooling.
• Close the loop with product by sharing field signals and content gaps with product/PM teams.
• Measure content usage and session feedback to improve effectiveness.
