Job summary

Harmony Fire seeks an experienced AI rollout lead to own day‑to‑day Claude/ChatGPT deployment across the business in London. You will design skills, prompts and agents used by departments from delivery to HR, and train staff to use AI effectively.

This role blends hands‑on AI work with change management and cross‑functional collaboration. You will report to the IT Director in a fast‑moving, safety‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Claude, ChatGPT or comparable LLM.
• Strong prompt writing and AI task planning.
• Ability to train a wide range of staff from site managers to directors.
• Organised and self‑directed with backlog management.
• Some coding ability (Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Experience building or managing AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Roll out Claude and ChatGPT across the business—licences, projects, settings and best practice.
• Build Claude skills, custom GPTs and prompt libraries for every department.
• Build and manage agents that do real work, not just answer questions.
• Connect Claude to business systems via MCP for real data and actions.
• Understand workflows and translate into usable skills and prompts.
• Train people through one‑on‑one sessions, team workshops and guides.
• Keep skill library tidy and documented.
• Champion AI internally with drop‑in sessions and wins sharing.
• Feed improvements back to IT Director.
