Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a recent graduate to join as a Classroom Support Coach in the Oldham area. You will deliver pre-set learning experiences for KS3 and KS4 across multiple subjects while gaining valuable school-based experience in a supply capacity.

The role offers a flexible, day-to-day supply arrangement across various secondary schools, with ongoing CPD and support from a dedicated consultant. September 2026 start date is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree – 2026 graduates welcome.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.
• Available to begin role in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects.
• Work across multiple secondary subjects throughout the school day.
• Day-to-day supply role working across numerous secondary schools in Oldham.
