Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a Classroom Support Assistant in Cirencester. The role involves assisting pupils with a range of needs, supporting learning across KS1–KS2, and contributing to a safe, inclusive classroom environment. This is a full-time, term-time, ongoing placement with local schools.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting teachers and staff, and helping pupils build confidence and independence. DBS required or obtainable through the Update Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, care, youth work or coaching is beneficial but not essential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• A genuine passion for supporting children.
• A calm, patient and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Classroom Support Assistant

Pay: £14.24 per hour+

Location: Cirencester

Contract: Full Time | Term Time | Ongoing

This role is easily accessible from Cirencester, Tetbury, Fairford, South Cerney, Cricklade, Minchinhampton and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Classroom Support Assistant, you\'ll support children across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and other SEND requirements.
