Job summary

GCS Associates is recruiting a Class 2 Multidrop Driver for the Morley, Leeds (LS27) branch. The role involves delivering building materials in a Class 2 HIAB vehicle with full training provided.

The position is full-time and permanent, with a Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00 schedule and one alternate Saturday 08:00-12:00. You will cover deliveries across branches when needed and contribute to a safe, efficient service for customers.

Qualifications

• Have Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence.
• Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
• Be a big team player.
• Have a really positive attitude.
• Be reliable and enthusiastic.
• Enjoy talking to lots of different people.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service.
• Cover for holidays/absences at other branches as required (Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton, Tiverton).
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure safety.
• Keep vehicle and yard area clean, tidy and well organised.
• Work in the yard and warehouse and assist customers as needed.

Class 2 Driver based out of Morley, Leeds

• Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00

Our client is a well-respected builders merchant group with branches across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 Driver based out of their Morley branch in Leeds (LS27).

It is driving a Class 2 HIAB vehicle with full training provided.

This is a full time permanent position; the role includes:

• Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
• Providing cover for Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton during holidays / periods of absence
• Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
• Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
• Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
• Working in the yard and warehouse
• Serving customers
