Job summary

GCS Associates is seeking an experienced Class 2 Multidrop Driver based out of Exeter. The role covers Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard daytime hours. A contributory pension and training opportunities are available as part of a full-time permanent position.

Applicants must hold a Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence and a DQC, be a strong team player with a positive attitude, and enjoy engaging with customers to provide reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely and dependable delivery service.
• Cover Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton during holidays or absence.
• Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis.
• Ensure you and your vehicle are safe and secure at all times.
• Keep yard clean, tidy and well organised.
• Work in the yard and warehouse.
• Serve customers.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00-16:30 & Alt Sats 08:00-12:00

Area Class 2 Driver based out of Exeter and covering Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton

Our client is a well-respected builders merchant group with branches across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 multidrop Delivery Driver based out of their Exeter branch. This is a full time permanent position; the role includes:

• Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
• Providing cover for Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton during holidays / periods of absence
• Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
• Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
• Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
• Working in the yard and warehouse
• Serving customers
• Supporting your team matesYou don't need to know about the products or the industry as full training will be provided; all you need is to:
