Qualifications

• Current and valid Class 2 Driver's License and CPC Drivers Card.
• Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving legislation.
• Knowledge of the local region.
• Customer service skills.
• Manual handling experience desirable.

Job Title : Class 2 Driver

Location : Tiverton EX15 3FA

Job Length : Permanent

Working Hours : 48 hours per week. Working predominantly on a Monday to Friday basis flexibility needed to work any 5 days in a 7 day period.

About the role

If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for a Class 2 Driver . Reporting to the Transport Manager this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following :

Role Responsibilities

• Driving lorries up to 26 tonnes delivering stock to our customers.
• Supporting the Drivers Mates and Warehouse team in loading / unloading stock.
• Building brilliant working relationships with your customers and other departments.
• Using your knowledge of the local region to safely deliver on-time.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.

Experience and Key Attributes

• Acurrent and valid Class 2 Drivers Licence and CPC Drivers Card.
• Up to date knowledge of the Highway Code and driving (health and safety) legislation.
• Knowledge of local region.
• Customer service
• Manual handling experience and / or training desirable however full training will be provided during induction.
