Job summary

Booker is seeking a local delivery driver to join our team in Portsmouth. You will be responsible for loading stock at the branch and delivering to customers, ensuring on-time service and friendly customer interactions.

The role requires a Cat C / 18T licence and previous delivery driving experience. We offer ongoing CPC training hours and a supportive team environment for career growth.

Qualifications

Cat C / 18T Licence / Class 2 required.
Two years driving experience preferred.
Delivery driving experience preferred.
Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
Good level of literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

Load stock into the vehicle at the Branch and unload at the customer premises.
Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
Keep customers shelves stocked with the products they need.

Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service.

This is a 7 day operation, our shift patternsmay include some weekend working.
