Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Class 1 HGV Driver at Faverdale, DL3 0UR, to support our logistics operations. The role involves delivering goods safely, completing store deliveries, and adhering to Driver Hours and safety standards.

The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with 40 hours per week, shift patterns of 4 on/2 off, and negotiable start times. Salary is £39,590.21 per year, with the company providing a pension with employer contribution, 24/7 GP access, retail discounts, and

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Ideally have recent Class 1 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete store deliveries and manual handling of products.
• Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and The Highway Code.
• Regularly perform vehicle checks.

• Completing store deliveries and manual handling of products in roll cages
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
