Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to support our operations across West Yorkshire. You will play a key role in delivering goods safely, on time, and in compliance with road safety standards.

A typical day includes trunking runs, trailer movements, and maintaining vehicle checks while working pattern Sunday-Thursday with start times between 16:00-18:00.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Have 12 months recent driving experience.
• Are confident working independently, managing time well, and handling drop and swap trailer movements safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and The Highway Code.
• Perform regular vehicle checks.
• Carry out trunking runs from the brewery to various sites such as warehouse feeds for dray operations.
• Perform drop and swap trailer movements.
