Job summary

Veolia UK in Marchwood is seeking a driver to join our UK fleet. You will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times between 6am and 7am and overtime when needed.

You will collect waste from Transfer Stations and Household Waste Recycling Centres across Hampshire, drive and load the vehicle, and keep paperwork up to date.

Qualifications

• Class 1 licence and experience are required.
• Up to date CPC and Digi/Tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• With one of the largest growing fleets in the UK, our drivers are pivotal to delivering essential services. They work hard to serve their local communities and make a positive impact every day.
• Collecting waste from Transfer Stations and Household Waste Recycling Centres across Hampshire
• Drive and load the vehicle assigned to you
• Operating vehicles in line with UK traffic regulations ensuring safety for you and the people around you
• Checking the condition of your vehicle
• Ensuring your vehicle is kept neat and tidy at the end of your shift
• Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and handed in daily.
