Job summary

GI Group are recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers in Exeter (EX5) for one of the world's leading parcel delivery networks. We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work afternoon shifts on an ad-hoc basis. Monday to Friday, weekend work available.

Average 12 hour shift. Pay rates: Monday to Friday £20.34 per hour, Saturday £25.94 per hour, Sunday £28.95 per hour. These rates are PAYE and include advanced holiday pay.

Qualifications

• A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
• Have good customer service skills
• Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver
• DBS Check required

Responsibilities

• Conducting Vehicle checks
• Trunking work to depots
• Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK
• Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met
