Job summary

GI Group are recruiting for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for a leading parcel delivery network in Bradford (LS27). Roles involve afternoon shifts on an ad-hoc basis with 12-hour average shifts and various hourly rates including overtime.

You will perform post-vehicle checks, trunking to depots, and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines. Applicants should have a valid Tachograph and CPC and hold at least 12 months of Class 1 experience with a presentable, detail-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
• Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver

GI Group are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for one of the worlds leading parcel delivery networks in Bradford (LS27).

Drivers shifts:

We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work afternoon shifts on an ad-hoc basis.

• - 1300-2030 starts
• - Monday to Friday
• - Average 12-hour shift
• - Monday to Friday - £20.34 per hour
• - Overtime (After 8 hours) - £25.25 per hour
• - Saturday - £23.52 per hour
• - Overtime (After 8 hours) - £25.25 per hour
• - Sunday - £26.25 per hour

*Please note these rates are inclusive of holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver main duties will include:

• - Conducting Vehicle checks
• - Trunking work to depots and Hubs
• - Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

HGV Class 1 Driver requirements:
