We Are Workforce Ltd is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to work at our Normanton depot on an ongoing basis. The role involves refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to stores, with occasional tail-lift handling and cage deliveries. Immediate starts after induction are available.

Shifts are four days per week with start times between 02:00 and 04:00. Day rates and night rates are provided, with overtime after thresholds. Free onsite parking is available for drivers.

Formación

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Digi & CPC Card No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Immediate start for successful candidates.
• Free onsite secured colleague car parking.

Responsabilidades

• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Refueling vehicles.

• Maintaining the highest levels of customer service and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

Class 1 Driver - Normanton

We are currently recruiting for experiencedHGV Class 1driverson an on-goingbasis to meet the needs of the business at our busyNormantondepot.The role consists of refrigerated Multi drop deliveries to stores. The role involves cage deliveries of milk and at some locations you are required to use a tail-lift to push and pull products being delivered.

Immediate starts after successful assessment and Induction.

Shift and Start Time available:

• 4 day shift pattern (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
• Start between - 02:00-04:00

Day pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £17.30 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.46)
• Saturday £19.46
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95

Nights pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £19.77 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.92)
• Saturday £21.92
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card No more than 6 points for minor offences.
